1What Volt is, and is not

In shortWe sell analysis. We are not a sportsbook, we never take a bet and we never hold your money.

Volt Projections publishes statistical projections for esports player props and match winners, a record of the picks it recommends, and tools for reading both. That is the entire product.

Volt does not accept wagers, does not process bets, does not hold or transmit funds for wagering, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sportsbook or daily fantasy operator named on this site. Any bet you place is placed with a third party, on their terms, at your own risk and your own judgement. Links to those operators are provided for convenience only.

2Who may use it

In shortYou must be an adult where you live, and responsible for following your own local law.

You must be at least 18, or 21 where that is the local minimum, and legally permitted to use this kind of service where you live. Betting law differs by country, state and province, and it is your responsibility to know and follow the law that applies to you. We may refuse or end service where we believe this is not the case.

3Your account

In shortYou sign in through Whop. Keep that account secure; it is how we know you are a member.

Access is granted through your Whop account and the membership attached to it. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for activity that happens under it. Do not share your sign-in or let anyone else use your access.

Membership is checked with Whop when you sign in and periodically while you are signed in. If your membership ends, is refunded or is cancelled, console access ends with it.

4Subscription and payment

In shortWhop takes the payment and handles billing, renewals and refunds. We never see your card.

Subscriptions are sold and billed through Whop. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation and refunds are governed by Whop’s checkout terms and the terms shown at the point of purchase. Volt Projections does not process card payments and does not store payment details.

To cancel, use your Whop account. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for unless a refund is issued.

5Acceptable use

In shortUse it yourself. Do not scrape it, resell it or republish the picks as your own.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, syndicate or redistribute the projections, picks, lineups or record;
• scrape, crawl or otherwise bulk-extract the site or its API, or attempt to reach parts of it you have not been granted;
• use the service to build a competing product, including training a model on its output;
• interfere with the service, its security, or other members’ use of it.

We may suspend or end access that breaks these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

6Our content and your licence

In shortThe model, the site and the record stay ours; you get a personal licence to use them while you subscribe.

The model, the projections it produces, this site and the graded record are the property of Volt Projections and its licensors. While your membership is active you have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use them for your own decisions. That licence ends when your membership does.

Match data, box scores and posted lines originate with third-party sources and remain theirs; nothing here transfers rights in them to you.

7No guarantee of results

In shortThese are estimates. Past results, including the labelled simulated period, do not predict future ones.

Projections are statistical estimates produced from historical data. They are uncertain by nature, they will be wrong regularly, and no pick, lineup or confidence level is a promise of any outcome. Nothing on this site is financial, investment or betting advice.

Where the site shows a record, results before the labelled live-tracking date are a simulation of cs2-1.0, the lane that priced those lines, over historical lines and are marked as such wherever they appear. Historical results and model estimates do not guarantee future performance. You are responsible for what you do with any of it.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

8Limitation of liability

In shortIf something goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last three months.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volt Projections is not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data being wrong, delayed or unavailable. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9Changes and termination

In shortWe can change the product and these terms; material changes get notice and a new date on this page.

We may change the service, the model, the books covered or these terms. When a change to these terms is material we will update the date on this page and give notice in the console or by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

You may stop at any time by cancelling through Whop. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the service, and where we end it without cause we will refund the unused part of your current period.

10Governing law and contact

In shortThese terms are governed by the law where the business is registered; write to us with any question.

The service is operated by Volt Projections. Questions about these terms can be sent through your Whop account.
